Ad Hoc Personnel Committee

Proposal:

The Executive Officer requests formation of an ad hoc committee to negotiate a new contract, should the Commission wish.

Analysis

The five-year employment contract for the Commission’s Executive Officer has expired. If the Commission would like to negotiate a new contract, staff requests that an ad hoc personnel committee be named by the Commission.

 

Recommendation 

Staff recommends that the Commission name a two- or three-member ad hoc committee to negotiate a staffing contract with the Executive Officer.
