Staff outlined details of the two contracts for Municipal Service Review: Timber Cove Water District.

Motion to go with the lower bid made and seconded.

4.            Organizational Assessment

Committee stated their support of the items and agreed to bring the organizational assessment item to the full commission on November 6, 2019 commission meeting.
