1. Call to Order by the Chair

The meeting was called to order by Chair Loveless at 2:00 p.m. After roll call, the following voting members were in attendance: Loveless, Landman, Moore, Kapolchok, Gore, and Stafford.

Staff explained that Commissioner Barrett did not seek re-appointment and he Mayors' & Councilmembers' Association of Sonoma County appointed Alternate Commissioner Landman as the new regular City Commissioner. A new Alternate City Commissioner will be appointed. In addition, Crista Shaw would be standing in for Verne Ball for this meeting.

Due to technical difficulties, meeting was canceled and rescheduled for March 3, 2021
