Request for Proposals: Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence Study for the City of Cloverdale
The Local Agency Formation Commission of Sonoma County (Sonoma LAFCO, LAFCO, or the Commission) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a Municipal Service Review (MSR) and Sphere of Influence Study for the City of Cloverdale (Cloverdale or City).
The purpose of the MSR is to inform determinations of the Commission regarding the operations of the City and to consider amending the City’s Sphere of Influence. All work is to be performed in accordance with applicable California Government Code provisions.
