Notice is hereby given that the Sonoma Local Agency Formation Commission will hold public hearing on the following:

Fiscal Year 2016-17 LAFCO Final Budget and Fee Schedule

At the hearing, the Commission will hear and receive any relevant oral and written testimony and evidence presented or filed concerning the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Final Budget and Fee Schedule. The Commission will consider the report of the Executive Officer and may accept or amend the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Final Budget and Fee Schedule.

Copies of all documents relating to the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Final Budget and Fee Schedule will be available for review at the Sonoma Local Agency Formation Commission office. If you cannot attend the public hearing described in this notice, you may submit written comments prior to the hearing. Please direct comments, questions, and requests to review documents to the Sonoma Local Agency Formation Commission, 575 Administration Drive, Room 104A, Santa Rosa, California, 95403, (707) 565-2577.

If you challenge the actions of the Sonoma Local Agency Formation Commission in court on the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Final Budget and Fee Schedule, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Sonoma Local Agency Formation Commission at, or prior to, the hearing.

All Interested persons are hereby invited to be present and heard on the matter described in this notice.

If you challenge the actions of the Sonoma Local Agency Formation Commission on the environmental determinations and the proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Sonoma Local Agency Formation Commission at, or prior to, the hearing.
