Approved Budget Meeting Minutes for March 7, 2018

  1. Call to Order by the Chair The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. 
  2. Approval of Minutes of Meeting: Upon motion and second, the minutes of the March 1, 2017 meeting were unanimously approved 
  3. General Public Comment:  None 
  4. Preliminary Fiscal Year 2018-19 Budget – Staff outlined the major changes to the proposed budget relating to staffing changes, office rent and the office relocation resulting in an overall budget increase of 22.5%. After discussion, the Committee directed staff to bring forward to the Commission a preliminary budget using the fund balance to reduce the increase in apportionment's to 7.4%.  
  5. Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 2:45 p.m.
