Town of Windsor Municipal Service Review and Sphere Amendment

The Commission will review a study of the Town of Windsor and its dependent water district that evaluates Town operations and recommends amending the Town’s sphere of influence to be coterminous with its Urban Growth Boundary.

The Commission will consider adopting the determinations of the report and the proposed amendments to the spheres of influence at a Public Hearing at the March 3, 2021 meeting. Interested parties are encouraged to comment of the report and sphere amendment proposal.
