Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20, which suspend certain provisions of the Ralph M. Members of the Public Cannot Attend this Meeting in Person.

Anyone who wishes to provide public comment at the meeting via teleconference should consult the meeting agenda for the call-in telephone number. The agenda will be posted on the Commission’s website at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the meeting.

The Commission found the proposal exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15320 of the State CEQA Guidelines.
