Notice of Application for Detachment from the Palm Drive Healthcare District

Due to the concerns of continued mismanagement and the potential for the accumulation of additional debt, registered voters residing within the Palm Drive Health Care District have applied to Sonoma LAFCO for detachment from the District. The territory proposed for detachment is all the parcels located within the boundary of the Bodega Bay Fire Protection District. The Fire District is not a party to this action.

The Sonoma County Registrar of Voters has determined that more than 25% of the registered voters residing within the territory proposed for detachment have signed the petition.  

Sonoma LAFCO is processing the application.
