The Commission directed staff to conduct a Municipal Service Review of the Timber Cove Water District to evaluate the provision of services to the Timber Cove community. The Public Review Draft of the report, which was completed using consulting services, is now available for review (see the “Reports and Publications” section). The Commission will consider adoption of the determinations in the report at its October 7th meeting, and encourages interested parties to file comments with staff.
